Some of our projects

Examples of some of the activities of the Trust, set up at the behest of its clients, some as perpetual or continuing programmes, some subject to regular review on an annual basis, in conjunction with donors or their designated advisory panels, is as follows:

  • The establishment of a perpetual annual music scholarship with the Music Department of the ANU to support the studies of an outstanding young Australian musician.
  • The annual provision of monies towards a major Bush Heritage environmental restoration project at Carnarvon Station in Central Queensland.
  • The purchase of laser technology surgical equipment for the Pius X Eye Clinic at Moree – a highly successful Aboriginal health clinic.
  • The provision of funding to allow the establishment of an Epilepsy Fellowship within the Department of Neurology at the Sydney Children’s’ Hospital to underwrite cutting edge research into Epilepsy.
  • The establishment of a Perpetual Scholarship with the National Art School to underwrite the two way exchange of outstanding students between the NAS and its Chinese counterpart in Beijing.
  • The recurring provision of monies to defray operating costs associated with a Home (in this case based in Melbourne) set up to assist young women with Multiple Sclerosis in need of specialised intensive nursing care.
  • The funding of eye clinics in India associated with one of our clients.

This list is not exhaustive, but it showcases some of the worthwhile projects and organisations being supported by our clients.
