Reporting


We have invested significantly in developing our own software to allow sophisticated Risk Management and Portfolio Management techniques to be implemented for the benefit of clients.

The reports we provide as standard include:

Monthly Reports
  • Valuation report
  • Transaction statement
Yearly Reports
  • Comprehensive annual statement including dividends, imputation, income and expenses, and capital gains.
Upon Request
  • Supplementary reports such as performance, estimated capital gains and GST reports.
  • We also prepare our own research on companies and prepare regular updates on their performance and prospects, which we dispatch to clients, as and when appropriate.
  • As well as preparing our own detailed internal Risk Management and client performance assessments on a monthly basis, every six months we commission external actuaries to prepare for our internal use an assessment of the performance (return and volatility) of every one of our portfolios. This allows us to appropriately match risk and return for our clients in general, and individual portfolios in particular.
